W Talent is delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Rotherham, who are seeking a Health & Safety, Compliance Administrator to support the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Team. This role is essential in ensuring an organised, efficient, and proactive approach to administration across the business.
Role Details
The Health & Safety Administrator will provide key administrative support to the SHEQ team located in Rotherham by maintaining accurate records, assisting with compliance reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of all management systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update the integrated management system and document control systems.
· Support the upload, distribution, and version control of compliance documents including procedures, policies, and forms.
· Provide proactive and efficient administrative support, including data input, extraction, and report generation.
· Input and manage compliance-related data accurately across various internal platforms.
· Coordinate and track compliance training and ensure staff awareness of relevant policies and procedures.
· Provide guidance and training to employees on document and compliance systems.
· Liaise with local authorities and external certification bodies to support audits and ensure records remain current.
· Assist in producing accurate reports including monthly statistics, H&S trends, and KPI reports.
· Oversee SHEQ equipment and PPE registers, ensuring compliance and availability.
Required skills:
· Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and use bespoke IT systems.
· Confident in managing databases and generating reports.
· Ability to train and support other users on key systems.
· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Applicants Information
