Business compliance is the focus of this position. This role is to ensure that our client remains industry compliant whilst consistently delivering the best customer outcomes.
Key investigations include:
* Completing Quality Assurance on Operational Teams
* Ordering and reporting on Mystery Shop results
* Reporting on results and identifying any trends
* Monitoring and reporting of incidents and near misses.
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain documentation during audits
* Assist in monitoring the physical security within the office
* Investigate and write complaint responses

They are offering a basic salary of £27,000 with a bonus of up to £5,200 per annum.
