Compliance Administrator for a leading construction company initially for a 2-month period but will go permanent for the right candidate.
Benefits:
£14 per hour
37 hour working week Monday to Friday
Opportunity for role to go permanent after 2-3 months

Role Overview:
Ensure full compliance on work carried out by gathering and checking paperwork
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate up to date project documentation, compliance records and progress reports for retrofit work on social housing schemes
Liaise with internal departments and site-based teams to gather documents and produce retrofit documentation.
Engage with the supply chain such as subcontractors to ensure sharing and gathering of documentation
Record and keep up to date records of all documents’ ensuring 100% compliance

What We’re Looking For:
2 years admin / compliance experience ideally in a construction or finance industry
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Good attention to detail with a confident manner to call / email and chase documentation
