Job Description
Compliance & Estates Manager (Temp)
Pontefract, West Yorkshire
The Client
*
A high-performing Multi-Academy Trust with 9 schools (7 primaries, 2 secondaries)
Role Purpose
Provide operational leadership across estates with a focus on compliance, health & safety, and site standards. Act as the Trust’s Health and Safety competent person, ensuring safe, well-maintained environments across all schools.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with statutory and Trust standards
*
Lead and advise site teams on health & safety and facilities matters
*
Support cyclical maintenance and ensure safe working practices across all premises
*
Collaborate with school leadership to uphold estate standards and safety protocols
Contract Details
*
Temporary contract until 19th December 2025
*
Full-time (37 hours/week, all year round)
*
Pay Grade: £hourly pro rata - £47,181–£50,269
