Pure are delighted to be supporting a national organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Bid Writing Administrator. This is an integral position within a small but dynamic team based on the outskirts of Ipswich. If you have a passion for writing, strong written English skills, and enjoy proofreading documents, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Attributes:
Excellent command of written English
Proven experience in internet research
Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
Confident in developing and compiling policy, process documents, and tender responses (including self-initiated work)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Methodical, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to tasks
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Capable of working efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
Skilled in managing multiple email accounts simultaneously
Main Responsibilities
Support management of SSIP schemes: CHAS, SafeContractor, Acclaim
Assist with accreditation processes: Constructionline Gold, JOSCAR
Maintain and update information on national framework portals
Regularly update public sector hosting portals
Complete client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)Do not include the following in your job application, CV, or cover letter:
