The Role
You’ll lead our compliance and regulatory strategy across multiple projects, ensuring all works align with current building safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead compliance across cladding remediation and façade projects
• Ensure adherence to current UK Building Regulations and Building Safety requirements
• Lead, manage and deliver our Gateway submissions to the Building Safety Regulator
• Liaise with regulators, clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams
• Create and oversee documentation, approvals, and compliance processes
• Support project teams with regulatory interpretation and best practice
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance systems and procedures
About You
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and building safety legislation
• Experience in façade, cladding, remediation, or wider construction compliance
• Confident liaising with regulators, clients, and technical teams
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
