Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Essex.
What you’ll need
* Experience of working in a risk-based service area within social housing or a related sector
* Experience of managing a health & safety, asset compliance and M&E service area within a regulated environment
* Demonstrable knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements in relation to asset compliance, construction health & safety and mechanical and electrical works
Qualifications required
* HND in Building Construction / Building Surveying or a related subject.
* Certified BS(Apply online only)
* NEBOSH general certificate in
* IOSH general certificate
