Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for risk management and regulatory excellence? We're working with a well-established, independent insurance brokerage that is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and evolve its compliance function.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role within a growing and ambitious business. You'll be responsible for ensuring the company remains fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies, while also helping to shape a culture of integrity and accountability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, including FCA requirements, GDPR, and internal governance.
Maintain and develop the compliance monitoring plan and risk register.
Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership and operational teams.
Lead on internal audits, regulatory reporting, and file reviews.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
Support training and development initiatives to embed compliance awareness across the business.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
