Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance / SME Bank / | London / Hybrid - £70,000 to £80,000

What you'll be doing:
Taking full ownership of compliance across a small but growing business bank
Acting as the primary point of contact for the FCA and senior leadership
Building, embedding, and monitoring compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Advising the business on regulatory change and compliance risks
Providing practical, hands-on support and training across the team
What we're looking for:
Solid compliance experience within banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and governance requirements
A pragmatic, commercial mindset with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders
Hands-on and adaptable - comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial team
