Compliance Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri, Typical working hoursWe are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee our Group Product Compliance, including Pharmaceutical and Medical Device compliance, Quality Assurance and ISO certification management. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is essential for ensuring compliance with MHRA, GDP, and Medical Device regulations, acting as the Responsible Person (RP) for Wholesale Distribution Authorisation.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Group Product Compliance strategy.
Identify regulatory requirements across product categories and ensure ongoing adherence.
Establish governance, policies, and controls across product lifecycles.
Act as the RP, ensuring full compliance with GDP requirements and overseeing the Wholesale Distribution Authorisation.
Maintain compliance for Medical Device products with UK and EU MDR and ISO 13485 standards.
Manage the Group Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance.
Lead internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Strong knowledge of MHRA, GDP, and Medical Device regulations.
Experience as a Responsible Person (RP) for Wholesale Distribution.
Familiarity with ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.Benefits:
