Due to continued success and internal growth, they are looking to recruit a dedicated Compliance Officer to oversee and drive compliance across their operations.
The Compliance Officer position offers an excellent opportunity to influence positive change within a high-performing team and a forward-thinking organisation.
Salary to £40k | Company Pension | 28 Days Holiday | Half Day on a Friday!
Key Essentials:
* As a Compliance Officer, you will manage and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards
* Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits to ensure documentation and processes meet industry standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions (on Non-Conformances) to boost efficiency and compliance
* Develop and update policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory changes
* Provide training and guidance to staff, promoting compliance awareness and best practices
* Collaborate closely with Health & Safety and Quality teams on compliance-related projects
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Compliance or Quality role within Manufacturing
* Sound understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
* Strong documentation, organisational, and communication skills
* Able to work independently and cross-functionally within a team environment
