We're Hiring: Compliance Officer
Location: Bromley Cross, Bolton (Hybrid options considered)
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
A well-established secured loan brokerage with over 150 years of combined industry experience is seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Officer to join its team.

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Conducting internal audits across various departments
*
Monitoring case-level risk alerts and advising on appropriate actions
*
Providing compliance support and training to staff
*
Maintaining and updating compliance action plans
*
Investigating complaints and ensuring regulatory deadlines are met
*
Contributing to the development and improvement of internal policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
*
Working knowledge of FCA regulations and financial services compliance
*
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal systems
*
CeMAP (1, 2 & 3) qualifications are advantageous but not essential
*
Experience in a compliance or quality assurance role preferred
*
A proactive mindset and the ability to work well within a collaborative team
