Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in London who are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team on a Permanent basis with a competitive salary with hybrid working.
Responsibilities of the Compliance officer role:
Reviewing and checking certificates
Liaising with external suppliers
Completing fire risk assessments
Supporting the technical compliance team
Key skills needed for a Compliance Officer:
Strong background within compliance
Previous private property experience
Experience within fire safety or within fire risk assessments
