Job Title: Compliance Officer
Location: Redhill (with occasional travel to South Croydon)
Salary: £28,564 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Officer to join a busy and rewarding environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and project coordination across the organisation.
This is a varied position where you will support compliance processes, contribute to project delivery, manage supplier contracts, and work closely with teams across IT, Finance, HR, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and administrative support across the organisation.
* Collect, analyse, and present data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Assist with compliance activities, including Health & Safety reporting and data protection.
* Support project management by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Act as a point of contact for suppliers and contractors, coordinating contracts and procurement.
* Maintain accurate records, draft communications, and help with scheduling and event coordination.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth operations.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident in using databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in administration, compliance, or project support is desirable.
* A collaborative and professional approach to work.
