Compliance Operative
Reporting to: Compliance Supervisor

We’re working on behalf of one of the UK’s most respected names in compliance services, who have been leading the way for over 40 years. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established, family-feel business that continues to grow, with huge demand for their specialist cleaning and compliance services across sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, and hospitality.
They’re now looking to add a Compliance Operative to their mobile team – someone practical, hard-working, and looking to build a long-term career in a highly valued industry. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience already, full training and support will be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Compliance Operative, your job will be to support the safe and compliant maintenance of buildings across the UK, including:
* Ventilation system cleaning
* Kitchen extract ductwork fire safety cleaning (TR19 Grease compliance)
* Water tank cleaning, coating & refurbishment
You’ll be working across domestic and commercial buildings, making sure all jobs are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with Health & Safety regulations.
