Job Description
Are you an experienced professional in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services with a strong background in managing subcontractors? Daniel Owen work agency are looking for a Compliance & Sub Contractor Manager to join our team and lead critical operational activities within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Sub Contractors on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations and adherence to contract terms.
Review CAFM PPM System to plan subcontractor attendance, ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
Coordinate Site Access & Works to minimise disruption to clinical services and ensure patient care remains unaffected.
Review RAMS & H&S Documentation before site works commence to ensure all Health & Safety regulations are met.
Liaise with Internal Stakeholders & Site Management to schedule works, coordinating with internal UHL stakeholders and site management.
Ensure Statutory Compliance with HTM (Health Technical Memorandum) standards and regulations.
Document Reports from Subcontractors to ensure clear, concise, and accurate record-keeping.
Organize Online Documentation for seamless information management and easy access for stakeholders.
Conduct Inspections & Due Diligence vetting of subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Update Records in SharePoint and related compliance systems, maintaining up-to-date project data.
Lead Audits preparation, review, and presentation of documents for required compliance audits.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in managing subcontractors, ideally within M&E services.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, HTMs, and Health & Safety regulations.
Experience in healthcare or critical environments where disruption needs to be minimised.
Proficiency in CAFM systems and SharePoint.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and documentation skills
