Responsibilities:
As a compliance supervisor you will:
Sending and leasing with the Maintenance provider
Keeping the vehicle service plan up to date arranging work to be carried out.
Doing license checks and keeping the system up to date.
Leasing with shift managers
Keeping up to date the VOR and Defect Log
Using Tacho master for driver compliance
Arranging delivery and collection of VOR vehicles
Keeping Driver risk profile up to date
Arranging Assessment for drivers where required
Conference calls with Maintenance providers
Calling out defects
Filling compliance paperwork into the vehicle files.
