Description
Oversee landlord H&S compliance (gas, electric)
Manage compliance programmes and inspections
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
Support policy and compliance improvements
Monitor contractor delivery and performance
Provide reporting and assurance to management
Profile
Experience in compliance or asset surveying (housing preferred)
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation
Understanding of M&E compliance (not necessarily deeply technical)
Strong organisation and project coordination skills
Ability to interpret and apply regulations
Job Offer
