An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our renowned clients in Italy, working at the forefront of motorsport innovation.
We’re looking for skilled Composite Fitters / Trimmers to join a prestigious project based in the heart of Italy’s motorsport excellence.
📍 Location: Emilia-Romagna, Italy
🔧 Position: Composite Fitter / Trimmer
🏁 Industry Experience: Motorsport / Formula 1
📅 Contract Duration: 3–12 months (with potential extension)
💰 Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates
🏡 Accommodation: Provided or Weekly allowance
What You’ll Need
*
Proven hands-on experience in composite fitting and trimming, ideally within motorsport or Formula 1
*
Proficiency with composite components, bonding, drilling, trimming, and finishing processes
*
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
*
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
*
Strong understanding of industry safety and quality standards
*
Full and unrestricted right to work in the EU
Your Key Responsibilities
*
Trim, drill, bond, and assemble composite components to precise specifications
*
Carry out finishing operations, ensuring all parts meet the highest quality standards
*
Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately
*
Perform repairs and adjustments on composite assemblies as required
*
Collaborate closely with engineers and laminators to support production and development goals
