We’re Hiring: Composite Laminators & Trimmers – Formula 1 – Oxford
Mara Recruit Ltd is currently seeking multiple Motorsport / F1 Composite Laminators & Trimmers to join a leading Formula One team based in Oxford.

Contract Duration: 3–6 Months
*
Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour
*
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 – Weekly payment via Umbrella Company
*
Hours: 40+ per week
Candidate Requirements
*
Previous F1 or Motorsport experience is essential
*
Minimum 4–5 years composite experience
*
Strong skills in composite lamination or trimming
*
Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced Formula One environment
