Job Title: Composite Laminator - Brackley
Job Description
F1 and Motorsport work
Days- 07:00-16:30
Up to £18ph DOE
Nights- 16:00-02:00
Up to £18ph + 20% shift premium
Job Duties:
Performing composite laminating tasks in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
Prepping and cutting composite materials to required dimensions
Applying resins and adhesives to composite materials
Operating machinery and tools related to composite laminating
Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in composite laminating within the automotive industry
Knowledge of composite materials and their properties
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of composite materials and their applications
Familiarity with laminating techniques and processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
