Composite Laminators – Motorsport / F1 Components – Hampshire
Mara Recruit is looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a leading Motorsport composites manufacturer in Hampshire, producing carbon fibre components for F1 and high-performance racing projects.
This is a great opportunity for laminators who want to be part of a company at the cutting edge of motorsport engineering, delivering precision-built composite parts to world-class standards.
The Details

Contract Length: 6 months+

Hours: 50 hours per week
*
Rate: £21 per hour
*
Payment: Weekly via Limited Company

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Location: Hampshire
The Role
*
Laminating carbon fibre pre-preg components for F1 and motorsport applications
*
Working from engineering drawings, lay-up manuals, and templates
*
Performing vacuum bagging, de-bulking, bonding, and finishing to tight tolerances
*
Ensuring all work meets motorsport quality and performance standards
*
Collaborating with production and inspection teams to meet delivery deadlines
What You’ll Need
*
3–5 years’ experience as a Composite Laminator
*
Proven background working on F1 or high-end motorsport components
*
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work from technical instructions
*
Flexible approach to working hours and a commitment to quality
