Mara Recruit is hiring skilled Composite Laminators to work with one of our top-tier Motorsport / F1 clients in West Sussex. Be part of a world-class team building high-performance carbon fibre components for championship-winning cars.

Pay Rates: £22/hr (Days) | £24/hr (Nights)

Shifts Available: Days / Nights / Weekends

Plenty of overtime available
⏱ Shift Patterns:

Days: 08:00–16:30 (Mon–Fri)
*
Nights: 18:00–06:30 (Mon–Thurs)
*
Weekends: 06:00–16:30 (Fri–Mon)
✅ What we’re looking for:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Composite Laminator
*
Proven experience in Motorsport / F1 composite build or repair
*
Skilled in working with carbon fibre pre-preg, vacuum bagging
