📍 West Sussex | 📅 Start: ASAP | ⏳ 6-Month Contract | 💼 Outside IR35
Mara Recruit is hiring experienced Composite Laminators to join a high-performance Motorsport team in West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge components for top-level motorsport projects.
Requirements
*
2+ years’ experience in Motorsport or F1
*
Skilled in carbon fibre lay-up and pre-preg techniques
*
Comfortable working to tight tolerances and deadlines
*
Team player with a strong work ethic
Contract Details
*
£22/hr – Day Shift
*
£24/hr – Night Shift
*
40–50+ hours/week
*
Long-term, stable contract with potential for extension
*
Outside IR35
