Are you a Composite Laminator or similar with a background in prepreg carbon fibre, looking to join a hands-on, performance-driven engineering company that produces high-end carbon fibre parts for everything from club-level motorsport to Le Mans race teams?
On offer is the chance to become an integral part of a respected engineering team at the heart of the UK motorsport supply chain. You'll work on technically exciting components ranging from airboxes and plenums to full body panels and bespoke intake systems for brands like TVR, Alfa Romeo, and Nissan. This role offers hands-on variety, long-term progression, and the opportunity to be directly involved in delivering race-ready carbon parts to clients who expect performance and quality, on and off the track.
In this varied and practical role, you'll be involved in the full manufacturing process of carbon fibre products, from lay-up to autoclave curing and final finishing. Your focus will be on producing high-quality prepreg carbon components using moulds, vacuum bagging systems, and working closely with the wider manufacturing team to ensure standards are maintained across small-batch and made-to-order production.
This role would suit a Composite Laminator or Technician with a background in prepreg carbon fibre, who enjoys working in a fast-paced workshop and wants to see their work on real-world race cars. If you take pride in precision, have an eye for detail, and want to be part of a close-knit team with a motorsport pedigree, this is the role for you.
