Job Description

Composites Technicians (Late Shift)
📍 Hampshire
💰 £24.50-£25.50 per hour (Ltd company) - Outside IR35
📅 6+ Month Contract
🕒 Late Shift

We're working with a high-end automotive manufacturer specialising in carbon fibre and precision-engineered components, supplying into the performance and luxury vehicle sector.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for experienced Composites Technicians to join the team on a late shift.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Laminating carbon fibre components to precise specifications 
* Working with a range of composite materials and lay-up techniques 
* Interpreting engineering drawings and technical instructions 
* Ensuring all work meets high end quality standards 
* Working within a fast-paced, high-spec production environment 

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience in composites within automotive, motorsport, or aerospace environments 
* Strong hands-on laminating experience (wet lay-up, pre-preg, vacuum bagging) 
* Experience working with carbon fibre components 
* Ability to read and follow technical drawings 
* High attention to detail and quality 
* Ability to work late shifts
