What
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tooling Design Engineer to help our client’s drive for innovation and excellence.
Role responsibilities: –
* Design and develop tooling for composite manufacturing processes.
* Collaborate with Commercial and production teams to ensure tooling meets design specifications and production requirements.
* Utilize CAD software to create detailed tooling designs and drawings.
* Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues during production.
* Continuously improve tooling designs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Experience of working to ISO 9001 certification standards.
* Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

Required Key Skills: –
* Proven experience in tooling design, preferably within the composites industry.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX).
* Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
Schedule
* Monday to Friday
* 8am – 5pm
* Flexibility Required at certain times to meet business requirements
