Composite Trimmer / Fitters – Motorsport / F1 – West Sussex

Mara Recruit is on the lookout for experienced Composite Trimmer/Fitters to support one of our prestigious Motorsport / Formula One clients based in West Sussex. You’ll be part of a dynamic production team delivering precision-built carbon fibre components for world-leading motorsport projects.

Contract Duration: 6+ months (with potential extension)

Pay Rates: £22/hr (Days) | £24/hr (Nights)
*
Shifts: Days / Nights / Weekends available
*
Regular overtime opportunities
🕒 Shift Patterns:
*
Days: 08:00–16:30 (Monday–Friday)
*
Nights: 18:00–06:30 (Monday–Thursday)
*
Weekends: 06:00–16:30 (Friday–Monday)
🔧 Key Skills & Experience:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Composite Trimmer / Fitter
*
Proven background in Motorsport or F1 composite assembly
*
Skilled in carbon fibre trimming, fitting, bonding, and final assembly
*
Ability to work with tight tolerances, following engineering drawings and quality standards
