Composite Trimmers / Fitters (Motorsport) – West Sussex 🏁

Mara Recruit are proud to partner with a leading Motorsport manufacturer in West Sussex, seeking talented Composite Trimmers / Fitters to support an exciting period of high-level project work.

What’s on Offer

Immediate start – hit the ground running

Long-term contracts – 6 months + extensions available
*
Competitive pay:
*
£23.00 p/h – Day Shift
*
£25.00 p/h – Night Shift
*
50+ hours per week
*
Weekly pay – Outside IR35
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer / Fitter (minimum 2–3 years)
*
Background in Motorsport / F1 environments essential
*
Skilled in trimming, drilling, bonding, and assembling high-quality carbon fibre components
*
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
*
Strong work ethic and commitment to precision
