Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

We’re working with a highly regarded secondary school in Watford that is seeking a Computer Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position offering excellent support, access to modern teaching resources, and opportunities for professional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Teaching engaging and well-structured Computer Science lessons
Supporting students in developing coding, computational thinking, and problem-solving skills
Marking work, assessing progress, and providing constructive feedback
Maintaining an organised and well-equipped computer lab
Collaborating with colleagues on planning, resources, and curriculum development
Contributing to wider school life and initiatives
What They’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred, but strong candidates without it will be considered)
Experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level
Sound knowledge of the national Computer Science curriculum
A creative, hands-on teaching style that engages students
Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
