Position: Site Manager
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Great Missenden
Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £25000 - £3200 per annum (Pro rata based on hours)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the safety, maintenance, and development of our school premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the site is safe, secure, clean, and well maintained.
Lead on health and safety compliance, including Asbestos and Legionella management.
Manage contractors and supervise site staff (cleaning, grounds maintenance).
Plan and deliver maintenance projects within budget.
Act as main key holder and respond to emergencies.
Support lettings, events, and portering duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in site or facilities management (school experience an advantage).
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
A positive, professional approach.
