Salary: £32,916 - £45,351 per annum (dependent on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the role
Heart of Supply is looking for enthusiastic and forward-thinking Computing Teachers to work across secondary schools in Lincoln. We’re keen to hear from Computing specialists who enjoy bringing coding, digital literacy and problem-solving to life in the classroom, helping students gain confidence and essential digital skills for the future.
Whether you’re an experienced Computing Teacher or an ECT starting your teaching journey, we have a range of Computing teaching opportunities across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll be inspiring learners to think creatively, work logically and explore the impact of technology in the modern world.
As a Computing Teacher with Heart of Supply, you’ll plan and deliver engaging, purposeful lessons that encourage curiosity, independence and confidence. You’ll be joining supportive, forward-looking schools that value high-quality teaching and innovation in the classroom.

What you will need
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent UK secondary classroom experience teaching Computing or Computer Science
* Strong subject knowledge in Computing, with the ability to teach coding, programming, digital literacy and IT across Key Stages 3 and 4
* A confident and consistent approach to behaviour management, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
* The ability to build quick, supportive relationships with students and colleagues, encouraging curiosity and confidence in Computing
* A proactive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for Computing teaching and developing digital skills in young people
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ UK teaching experience (including placements)
