Concept Engineer - Pre-Sales Robotics Solutions
Are you passionate about robotics and solving real-world manufacturing challenges?

I'm looking for a (Senior) Concept Engineer to play a key role in pre-sales, helping businesses understand the value of modular robotic automation.
You'll work closely with sales and engineering teams to design proof-of-value solutions, run compelling demos, and turn complex customer requirements into practical automation concepts.
If you thrive on hands-on problem solving, engaging with customers, and bringing innovative ideas to life, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored automation concepts.
Convert requirements into technically sound, cost-efficient robot automation concepts.
Prepare and deliver demos, simulations, and proof-of-value concepts showcasing real impact.
Act as the technical expert in sales conversations, making complex robotics understandable.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to coordinate schedules and deliverables.
Capture customer insights and help influence product development.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in technical pre-sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design.
Proficiency in CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) or simulation tools.
Strong problem-solving and creativity for developing automation solutions.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to make complex tech easy to understand.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Fluency in German or English.
Flexible working options: hybrid on-site in Munich or remote from anywhere in Germany with occasional travel to HQ and customer sites.
Salary ranges: €60,000 - €90,000 + bonus + benefits. *Dependent on experience*
