Concession Manager | Luxury Retail | Manchester | Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a dynamic Concession Manager to join a luxury accessories brand for this exciting new opening within a prestigious department store in the Manchester City centre. This role is a 6 Month contract. If you are currently an Assistant Manager or Store Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a global brand rich in heritage.

A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation.Key responsibilities of an Concession Manager:
Train, motivate, and develop the retail team of 4 to ensure high performance.
Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
Build relationships within the storeWhat we are looking for:
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused luxury or premium retail environment
A passionate and inspiring individual
Previous experience driving CRM
Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
