Concessions Coordinator
Location: Carlisle (office based)
Salary: £23,809
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Concessions Co-ordinator to join our Merchandising team at our Head Office in Carlisle. This is a great opportunity to build your career in retail operations, with the option to gain an industry-recognised qualification within your first 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support to the Concessions Department
Communicate effectively with suppliers and stores to ensure smooth operations
Support promotional activity, store instructions and concession set-ups
Assist with sourcing and launching new concessions to drive sales growth
Produce sales reports and performance analysis to support decision-making
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with numbers and data analysis
Proficient in Excel
Adaptable, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
