Overview:
Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently supporting a Staffordshire-based client in the recruitment of a Concierge on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role involves providing a secure, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring only authorised residents, visitors, and professionals are permitted entry
Operate and oversee CCTV systems and fob access equipment
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations within the building
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of communal areas, including office spaces, ensuring cleanliness and hazard-free conditions
Take immediate action where necessary to address cleanliness or safety concerns
Accurately record all patrols and inspections
Complete scheduled check-in calls to designated alternative sites in line with lone working procedures
Follow on-call procedures when required, in accordance with company policy
Report any repairs and maintenance issues promptlyPerson Specification:
Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals is essential
Strong awareness of safety and security procedures
Ability to work independently and follow lone working protocols
Good communication and record-keeping skillsAdditional Information:
