Job Description
Concrete Repair Foreman / Supervisor (Contract – 3 to 5 Months)
Location Dundee
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3–5 months
A civil engineering contractor has an immediate requirement for an experienced Concrete Repair Foreman / Supervisor to support ongoing structural repair works. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of concrete repair methods and the ability to lead small teams on site.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise concrete repair teams on site
Carry out hands‑on concrete repair tasks as required
Deliver daily briefings and toolbox talks
Complete site paperwork, including RAMS, permits and daily records
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and to specification
Coordinate with site management and subcontractors
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
Requirements
Proven experience in concrete repair (essential)
Previous experience as a Foreman or Supervisor
CSCS card
SSSTS or SMSTS
Full UK driving licence
Experience with RAMS, briefings and general site documentation
First Aid certification is an advantage
