About the Role
A Senior CBM / Reliability Engineer is required to join a growing team delivering high-quality condition monitoring services to industrial clients across the UK and internationally. The role will involve vibration data analysis, machinery troubleshooting, system installations, and customer support—blending technical expertise with travel and hands-on field work.
After initial training, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting routine vibration data collection and analysis
* Diagnosing faults and providing machinery troubleshooting
* Installing fixed and wireless monitoring systems
* Carrying out software installations and database setups
* Commissioning systems on-site
* Supporting UK and international clients across land and marine environments
* Providing ongoing technical support to customers and internal sales teams
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and with clients. You should have a passion for engineering, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
You should:
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
* Be customer-focused and take pride in delivering reliable support

Skills & Experience Required
* Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Minimum 3 years in a similar condition monitoring or field service role
* Comfortable using condition monitoring software and tools
Qualifications
* Recognised mechanical qualification (essential)
* Strong understanding of electromechanical machinery (essential)
* Mobius or BINDT ISO (phone number removed) Category I or II certification in Vibration Analysis (essential)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
