Conference and Meeting Room Support Assistant
📍 Location: Thorpe Wood House, Peterborough
💰 Salary: £12.60 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
📄 Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities
Set up and reset meeting and conference rooms efficiently.
Ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for use throughout the day.
Liaise with catering, cleaning, IT, and maintenance teams for support.
Act as the main point of contact for meeting room issues, reporting faults promptly.
Provide basic technical support and replace consumables as needed.
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times.Candidate Profile
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Previous conference or facilities experience beneficial but not essential.
