Job Description
Configuration Management Analyst | Must be sole UK citizen due to required security level clearances.

This is an opportunity to build your expertise in Configuration Management while gaining exposure to digital transformation initiatives such as Digital Twin development, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and next-generation engineering tools.
With hybrid working and a 4xFlex schedule (Monday to Thursday), you’ll enjoy real work-life balance alongside career progression.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the application of Configuration Management principles, processes, and tools
* Analysing proposed product design changes and their impact on systems
* Contributing to configuration baselines and change control processes
* Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with CM policies
* Collaborating closely with engineers across disciplines
* Getting involved in digital engineering initiatives, including MBSE, digital transformation, and Digital Twin development
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in engineering or a related discipline
* Experience in Configuration Management or similar within an engineering environment
* Knowledge of CM principles, processes, and standards
* Familiarity with PLM tools and systems
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Desirable experience:
* Defence industry background
* DEF-STAN 05-57 and Windchill PLM
* Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
* Digital Thread concepts, data integration, SysML
Additional info:
* Hybrid working, typically 2 days per week onsite
