Job Description

Anderson Knight are recruiting for an administrator for a client within the manufacturing/construction sector. The shift will be 5 days fully onsite with flexible working hours. * 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option to choose from one of the following shift patterns: * 08:00 – 15:00 * 09:00 – 16:00 * 10:00 – 17:00 Key Responsibilities: * Professionally answer phone calls and welcome visitors. * Organise and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and preparing necessary materials. * Record and distribute meeting notes. * Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and company systems. * Support the Buying Department by raising and placing orders. * Assist the Accounts Department with invoice filing and ticket numbering. * Scan, copy, and laminate documents as required. * Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team. About You: * Confident communicator with a professional, polite phone manner. * Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player. * Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the construction industry.
