Job Description

Working office based for a consulting engineering firm offering administrative support to the office Director. * office on outskirts of Belfast, Belmont Road side. * Managing and triaging director emails. Responding where appropriate and taking dictation from director on technical responses. * managing project Timesheet and expense submissions. * Maintaining the office fee income register. * Booking travel arrangements for office staff. * Tracking and coordinating design and contractor TQ responses. * Managing project accounting, tracking costs v budgets for time, expenses, and third-party costs. * Liaising with accounts and assisting with project PO’s, tracking and managing the office creditor and debtor ledger. * Preparing schedules/reports for office engineers/director. * assist with preparation of monthly management reports
