Unite People are a specialist construction recruitment company, working with a reputable contractor to hire an Administrator on a freelance/ contract basis.
The ideal candidate will joining a friendly and supportive team, and be required to ensure the smooth operation of construction activities, ensuring that all administrative processes, documentation, and communications are well managed.
Duties:
* General Administration as required
* Assisting with site logistics and organisation
* Organising meetings, and calendars.
* Signing for deliveries and visitors.
Role requirements:
* Previous administrative experience (construction site experience desirable, not essential)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
