We're now looking to strengthen our team by appointing a talented Contracts Manager. The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects or a single high-value project. This includes managing all contractual, financial, safety, quality, and programme aspects in accordance with CRL’s procedures. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, programming, and delivery of contracts * Procure materials, subcontractors, and plant efficiently * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards * Monitor budgets and contract finances, and manage claims and variations * Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams * Contribute to tender preparation, quality submissions, and business development * Motivate, support, and develop project teams and site staff * Maintain CRM and contract documentation, and support reporting processes About You You are an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of managing contracts independently. You thrive under pressure, communicate effectively, and bring a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. Requirements * Experience managing multiple construction contracts * In-depth knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and CDM Regulations * Strong commercial, planning, and leadership skills * SMSTS and CSCS Black Card * Degree or NVQ Level 5+ in Civil Engineering or Construction (or working towards) * Membership of MICE, MCIOB, ICorr (or working towards) * Full UK Driver’s Licence If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be considered for this role, please click on “APPLY” today and forward us an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance!
