Construction Instructor
Location: Hull
Contract: Term Time Only (39 Weeks per Year)
Salary: Pro-rata £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30

We are looking to appoint a motivated and knowledgeable Construction Instructor to join our Client's team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-resourced learning environment, helping young people gain practical skills and prepare for careers in the trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, practical construction sessions to learners aged 14-19
Teach key skills and knowledge in construction trades such as bricklaying, joinery, carpentry, and health & safety
Develop lesson plans and support curriculum development
Promote a safe, inclusive and supportive workshop environment
Track and report on student progress and provide tailored supportEssential Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on construction industry experience
Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant trade (e.g. bricklaying, carpentry, electrical)
Teaching qualification such as Level 3 AET or Level 4 CET (desirable - training support available)
Health & Safety certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH (advantageous)We Offer:
