The Role: As the #1 Construction Manager, you will oversee on-site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of this major project.

Key Responsibilities:

Site-wide coordination and programme management
Leadership of site teams and subcontractors
Health, safety, and quality assurance
Client and stakeholder liaison

Requirements:

Senior experience as Construction Manager on large-scale projects
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS Black, First Aid (essential)
