Job Description
PSR Rail Team are currently recruiting for a Rail Construction Manager in the South East Region, this will be working for a Tier 1 Rail Contractor, who are covering HV projects across the South East Region. Please see JD below for more information.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee HV switchgear installations in line with Network Rail standards.
✅ Review and approve construction documentation (programmes, method statements, ITPs).
✅ Lead and manage project teams, ensuring resources and budgets are aligned to timelines.
✅ Uphold high standards in health & safety compliance and company policies.
✅ Provide on-site presence 2-3 days a week as required.
Important Notes:
This is not a site supervisor role - we need a seasoned Construction Manager.
HV switchgear installation experience is essential - not cabling.
Must have a strong background with Network Rail infrastructure projects.
