Job Description
Freelance Site Manager - £350-£400 CIS per day
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until January
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-value fit-out project. The scheme will involve both CAT A and CAT B works, delivering classrooms and laboratory spaces.
The project scope includes:
Curtain walling to one elevation
Replacement of windows
High-quality internal fit-out
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality and H&S standards are met
Acting as the main client-facing representative on site
Reporting progress and ensuring deadlines are achieved
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-outs
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage and drive programmes to completion
Previous experience working on education or laboratory schemes desirable
