Job Description
CSA Site Manager / Construction Manager is required for a Major Mega Watt Data Centre just awarded to a key client.
* Location - Mons - BELGIUM
* International Technology Main Contractor
* 14 Month Program with further phases to follow
Critical Data Centre outside of MONS - Belgium.
Do you have experience in Europe leading site teams on Data Centre Projects for a Main Contractor ?
Managing, leading & driving productivity, safety, program and sub-contract management.
* Reporting into the Project Director on site you will be leading the construction delivery team working in close collaboration with the supply chain.
You will understand the dynamic of a fast paced program and client change. Be this handling design, issues, multiple sub-contractors, deliveries and spinning multiple tasks .
This contractor collaborates with the supply chain to ensure that everyone can hit targets on site and walk away happy having made margin. A huge % of the supply chain are long term relationships understanding what is needed for 2 way SUCCESS.
Client:
* Leading Main Contractor operating in 10 Countries
* Turning over circa €1 Billion +
* NSR has a strong 7 Year working relationship with the client
Client are seeking :
* Ideally based in Europe and able to MOBILIZE before the first week in November 2025 latest.
* EU Passport is desirable with the visa criteria at present for clients hiring in this region
* Clear experience in a Site Management / Construction Manager capacity working on D/C + Technology type projects
* Solid construction education , training & technical awareness
