You’ll take a lead role in the successful delivery of construction works on major projects, working closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure everything is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Leading and managing site construction activities from start to finish.
*
Working closely with senior management, engineering, and health & safety teams.
*
Reviewing drawings, programmes, and logistics to keep projects on track.
*
Monitoring progress and finding solutions to overcome challenges.
*
Chairing contractor meetings and producing project reports.
*
Ensuring health & safety standards and CDM regulations are followed at all times.
What We’re Looking For
*
5+ years’ experience in construction management.
*
Airport and airside project experience (essential).
*
Familiarity with the GAL permit system and Meridiam document control system.
*
Ability to obtain a GAL airside pass.
*
Recognised construction industry qualification.
*
CSCS card and First Aid certification.
*
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
